Skeletal remains found in Lancaster

Untitled Los Angeles County sheriff’s detectives are investigating the discovery of skeletal remains behind a closed business in Lancaster.

The bones were found Tuesday morning, after the long holiday weekend, on the 44000 block of Valley Central Way, officials said.

Homicide detectives have yet to identify the victim or the victim’s gender.

The cause of death has not been released.
