Donna Williams, 52, a detective, and her daughter, Breanna, 18, a recent high school graduate, were found in their home when police arrived early Monday morning in response to a neighbor's call about a woman screaming for help.

Williams' son, Brian, 24, was arrested on suspicion of killing his mother and sister. He was sitting on the front lawn, near his sister's naked body.

Donna Williams was the widow of San Diego police officer Howard Williams, who died in 2007. She was a 31-year veteran of the force.
