This weekend will bring cooler temperatures and a chance of rain, thunder and even flooding in parts of Southern California.

The National Weather Service issued a flood warning for the mountains of L.A. and Ventura counties as well as the Antelope Valley. Officials said heavy rain is possible through Sunday evening, with the potential to cause flooding.

For the L.A. area, temperatures will range from the mid 70s and mid 80s with a 20% chance of showers.

Valley areas will get into the lower 90s.
