Boy in critical condition after third-story fall
A 4-year-old boy was fighting for his life Monday at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center after falling from the third story of a high-rise in Marina Del Rey, authorities said.
Los Angeles fire and police authorities responded at 6:12 p.m. Sunday to a building in the 13700 block of Marina Pointe Drive, said Brian Humphrey, a Fire Department spokesman.
The child was in grave condition Monday morning, an LAPD sergeant said. Details of how the fall occurred were not available.
