Three injured in Stanton stabbing

Stabbing A stabbing early Friday in Stanton left three people injured, one critically.

A large number of people were involved in the 1:30 a.m. altercation off Beach Boulevard and Stanford Avenue, said Lt. Kurt Vasentine of the Orange County Sheriff’s Department.

He said he did not know how many people were involved or why the suspected gang-related incident occurred.

No arrests have been made.

The incident is still under investigation. Anyone with information is encouraged to call the Orange County Sheriff’s Department at (714) 628-7170.
