Second man dies in Lake Forest stabbing

Elvis A second man has died after suffering stab wounds during an altercation in a Lake Forest parking lot, authorities said Friday.

Hossein Saidoian, 32, of Mission Viejo, died about 3 p.m. Thursday after being stabbed in the chest and arm June 11, said Jim Amormino, a spokesman for the Orange County Sheriff's Department.

Saidoian's friend, Elvis Kechechian, 26, a fitness coach for a high school hockey team, died shortly after the altercation, which began inside a Mexican restaurant and continued in the parking lot. Kechechian bled to death from to a single stab wound, according to the Sheriff's Department.

The suspect in the case, Justin Alvin Masao Tombleson, 28, of Lake Forest, was charged Wednesday with one felony count of murder and a felony count of attempted murder with a sentencing enhancement.

He is in custody at the Orange County Jail. Amormino said he expects more charges to be filed as a result of Saidoian's death.
