Police are investigating the death of a man found floating in a lake at Eisenhower Park in Orange early Thursday.

A resident spotted the body shortly before 6 a.m. and called authorities to the park located at 2864 North Tustin Street, according to Sgt. Dan Adams, a spokesman for the Orange Police Department.

"The cause of death is under investigation," Adams said. "There were no signs of injury."

Authorities said the man was 39 years old and a resident of Anaheim. His name was withheld pending notification of relatives, Adams said.

No further information about the case was available.
