Naked man arrested running on 405 Freeway
Police arrested a man Tuesday who was running naked through traffic on the 405 Freeway in West Los Angeles during morning rush hour.
The unidentified man was trying “to make contact with people in their cars as their cars were stopping” near Pico Boulevard, said California Highway Patrol spokesman Francisco Villalobos.
The man ran off the freeway and was arrested by officers from the Los Angeles Police Department, Villalobos said.
