Two small earthquakes hit Inland Empire region

Ci10913581_ciimTwo small earthquakes occurred Wednesday morning in the Inland Empire.

One occurred at 10:16 a.m. and was centered about three miles southwest of San Bernardino and 53 miles east of downtown Los Angeles. It registered magnitude 2.0. There were no reports of damage.

A 2.8 quake was reported at 5:49 a.m. east of Hemet and west of Cathedral City.
