Lindsay Lohan won't face charges in Betty Ford altercation

Riverside County prosecutors on Tuesday declined to file battery charges against Lindsay Lohan related to an alleged altercation with a technician at a Betty Ford Center housing complex in Palm Desert last year  over whether the actress should take an alcohol test.

The decision comes after local police told prosecutors they believed there was enough evidence to charge Lohan.

But prosecutors spent several weeks conducting their own investigations and concluded the case should not be brought to court.

Palm Desert officers were called to the 74000 block of Daisy Lane at 1:03 a.m. Dec. 12 for a disturbance at a Betty Ford Center housing complex. A staffer there accused Lohan of battery. Because the charge is classified as a misdemeanor and officers did not witness anything, Lohan was not taken into custody.

Later, the employee said she did not want to press charges.

The employee, Holland, is yet another scammer that deserves jail time. TMZ paid her for a "story". She's guilty of breech of contract at the Betty Ford Center. It's just as easy to say she's guilty here.

Finally some sanity!

The rich always walk. Riverside took hard earned taxpayers money & prosecutors prosecuted a father for child abuse. They knew the kids lied, and we wonder where are their parents when they go wrong. Determined to put another notch in their belt, they ruined a fathers life. He lost security clearance, job, put his life on the line while serving his country, had too attend abuse class for a year at his expense. Had the true evidence had been admitted he would not have been found guilty. The system lied, the kids lied all because a father tried to guide his children down the right pass. Chastise them and the system tells you can't, but if they harm someone, then you're a bad parent. You can't have it both ways. The road comes to a dead end for all who do wrong, whether rich or poor.
