Chris Brown goes on rampage at 'Good Morning America' after he's asked about Rihanna beating case

R&B singer Chris Brown appears in court with his attorney Mark Geragos, left, for a probation progress report hearing on Feb. 22.

Chris Brown went on a rampage on the set of "Good Morning America" after being asked about the criminal case against him involving ex-girlfriend Rihanna.

The outburst comes less than a month after a judge in Los Angeles praised Brown and downgraded a restraining order issued against him after he hit Rihanna.

ABC News reported that Brown smashed a window at the studio after ABC News anchor Robin Roberts asked him about the criminal case.

"Once backstage, according to insiders, Brown stormed into his dressing room and started screaming and tearing the room apart," ABC reported. "Workers in the building called security. Before they arrived, insiders say Brown smashed a window in his dressing room, with the glass shattering and falling onto 43rd and Broadway."

R&B singer Brown had completed a court-mandated domestic violence education program in January.

Brown was sentenced to the 52-week program, along with five years’ probation and 180 hours community service, after pleading guilty in August 2009 to felony assault of then-girlfriend Rihanna after a party.

At a hearing in February, Judge Patricia Schnegg commended Brown on his progress but noted that she wanted input from Rihanna, whose real name is Robyn Rihanna Fenty, before making a final decision on whether to lift the restraining order.

It's unclear whether Brown's actions Tuesday would affect his criminal case.
When asked about the case on "Good Morning America," he said only: "It's not really a big deal to me now, as far as that situation. I think I'm past that in my life."

Can anybody say "psycho"?! This guy totally has psychopathic tendencies and rage issues. The thing is... he rages against those who weaker than him. I'd like to see him rage against someone 6'5" 220 lbs!

He should be in jail. Not out doing interviews.

Healthy Trust = Honorable behavior observed over a long period of time. Chris is demonstrating why his actions clearly speak louder than his words. Sounds like a probation violation would be in order.

Wow if 52 weeks didn't calm him down then Rhianna needs to rethink that restraining order and get a few pit bulls. As a child I was witness to my mothers beatings from my step father and the only cure was for us to leave. Needless to say he never changed regardless of us leaving.

I think he's till a little sensitive about it.

At this point this young man is beyond talented. His personal life was put on display over 2 years ago. Let him LIVE. He is trying to move past, not forget but move past what happened. There are bigger things going on in the world than to continue to talk about the old. He is showing the world that he is hungry for his success to take back off. All his hard work and dedication to his music and fans is what needs to brought to the table. Let the story of him and Rihanna die and let it be in the past were it belongs. They both are talented and successful. Chris Brown is not the only and will not be the last man to put his hands on a woman. But he may be the next to leave a mark in this music industry, let that be a historical rememberance and not this mistake that was made. F.A.M.E.

Yipes, the man has a serious violence problem. So much for trying to fix his image.

I guess the domestic violence classes have been paying off.

Good thing she split from this wacky dude.

He's supposed to appear on ABC's Dancing with the Stars next week. Wonder if that will go ahead. Fine role model. Somewhere between Charlie Sheen and Ghadafi.

I only know Chris Brown for his domestic violence skills but I have to say Robin Roberts is relentless, constantly bringing up the subject he clearly doesn't want to talk about. Obnoxious on her part. He did his community service and therapy and whatever else. He did something horrible and she should have let it go after the first question about it, which he answer politely.

He has everything in the world and still acts like a widdle, widdle boy.

This guy has MAJOR issues!

At least he never punched the interviewer in the face.

He is a violent man and needs some jail time. He should have received jail time for beating up Rihanna but he had good lawyers. Hopefully now they can send him to the slammer....

Douche! How many chances does he get? There are far more important things to worry about then this boys anger problems.

Looks like he still has some anger management issues. If he's "truly" past that part of his life; why the rampage after the interview? I know it was a touchy subject, but he had to expect it knowing full well that he's still under the microscope with this issue and his behavior. He just needs to control his feelings a little bit more ESPECIALLY in the public eye. Not a good idea to go BALLISTIC at a place where they BROADCAST programs to the masses. What the hell are his agents and the people around him doing? If they want the kid to start shining again after the whole Rihanna incident, this isn't the kind of story that will help his cause. Bottom line: The guy needs help.

HIGH PAID JERK ! and says this is for his fans...? I think it is to support his tattoo addiction and lack of self control. Get some real help Chris and cut loose your management team.

wow. this guy has issues.

As a Los Angeles bail bonds company operating in Los Angeles CA we are awaiting to see what the outcome of Chris Brown's situation will be. We know from the past that once you are on probation, as Chris Brown is, any time of scenario as this one involving damaging public or private property is definitely a violation of his probation. It's not clear yet if police will be picking him up for these offenses because its not clear yet whether or not the broadcasters will press charges.
What is clear though, is these actions set forth by Brown will fall in to play the next time he is in front of the judge.
It's also clear that this man has some serious anger problems and can't seem to get them under control.
It's also pretty clear that extreme talents usually have some sort of different tics, i.e. Charlie Sheen, and that we all seem to accept them because we either enjoy their entertainment or find that its an acceptable casualty of war if you will. Too bad.

angry much?

Who is Brown's Publist?! If he accepts interviewes without specifically stating what questions can not be asked then he opens his self up too anything!!! Unless this was all a publicity hype!!!!

OOPS! Maybe that judge should reconsider!

Apparently this guy hasn't learned a thing. Angry, bitter at the world. AND he hits women. DON'T buy this losers music.
