Gnarly, dude!

another 'problem' solved at minimum expense!

To Richard the author of this story:

Just love how you put pro cops comments on here but when someones criticizes the police you wont post those comments, what a true journalist you are. On top of that, you cant post my comment but you will post a bunch of comments celebrating someones death. Thanks for the censorship!

good job! 1 bad person out of the streets

YAYYYYY

Wooo hooo! Saved California big money:
1-Pre-Trial motions $250,000
2-Trial & Hearings $500,000
3-Appeals & motions $250,00
4-$80,000 per year from the start, say 15 years = $1.2 million
5- A 25cents bullet saved the State $2.2 million!
6-Chinese/Russian style of dealing with Felons!
Thank you retired LEO! Thank you!!!

Francis, stop jaywalking and rolling through stop signs, genius.

I am pleased to see that the slag didn't survive to sue McDonald's. Oh, he would have wanted to sue the retired cop, too, but McD's has deep pockets.

Good riddance to bad rubbish.

once an officer always an officer. I understand he went through his whole career and never killed anyone. This is the first person. But at least he probably saved a few lives today. Thank you sir for being in the right place at the right time.

The officer did what he had to do but don't think(as some Yahoos posting here most likely do) that he relished the thought of having killed this robber. If he did, he'd be a psychopath himself.

Awesome. We need to let these thugs know that Sunland -Tujunga is off limits to low lifes

i live right there and i go to school there too
what a crazy day

I am glad that no innocent bystanders got seriously hurt, and that the officer was there. I hope the officer is okay, since it seems like the the law protects criminals, better than the innocent people. Really criminals have more rights these days. I called in a robbery and the officer told me that it was a crime of opportunity and that nothing would be done. I hope the officer that shoot the robber is going to be okay. Tujunga/Sunland seems to have a real meth/drug problem and these addicts are out of control. This area need some serious law enforcement.

Go Burbank! Thank you for keeping people safe!

One less predator to steal from the honest man to support their stupid drug habits
