Pedestrian killed in Santa Clarita during 'NCIS' filming [Updated]

An unidentified person was killed Wednesday in Santa Clarita during filming of the CBS television crime show "NCIS," authorities said.

[Corrected: An earlier version of this post said the accident occurred on the set of "NCIS: Los Angeles."]

A "pedestrian-involved traffic collision" was reported shortly after 10 a.m. in the 25200 block of Anza Drive, the Los Angeles County Fire Department said.

The pedestrian was taken to a local hospital and later pronounced dead, authorities said.

There were no immediate details about the injuries or the exact circumstances of the death.
