‘My Name is Earl’ star Jaime Pressly charged with DUI

Actress Jaime Pressly faces two misdemeanor drunk driving counts in connection with her arrest last month in Santa Monica.

The Santa Monica city attorney's office on Tuesday charged her with driving under the influence and driving with a blood-alcohol level of 0.20% or greater -- nearly three times the state's legal limit of 0.08%.

Pressly, 33, is due to be arraigned next Monday at the Airport Branch Courthouse. The star of the television show "My Name Is Earl" was arrested shortly after 11:30 p.m. Jan. 5 by Santa Monica police officers. She was released the next morning on $15,000 bail.

Don't worry people! NOTHING is going to happen to her!

I always tell my friends, before you get serious about a women, make sure you see her without makeup. Man is this woman ugly or what. This is why I likw wholesome women and not the cover up type.
