Man shot on MTA bus on Eagle Rock Boulevard in Glassell Park [Updated]
A 40-year-old man was shot and wounded Wednesday on an MTA bus in Glassell Park.
Los Angeles police detectives are trying to determine what prompted the shooting, which occurred as the bus was in the 3700 block of Eagle Rock Boulevard near Fletcher Drive.
[Updated at 11:30 a.m.: A previous version of this post incorrectly said the incident occurred near Riverside Drive.]
The man was shot inside the bus about 10:30 a.m. There were no other reports of injuries on the bus.
The suspect fled from the scene.

makes a person wonder if this was retaliation, say, for the shooting in Highland Park Saturday night... (something that did not get reported by anyone.)
