Winning $340,608 California Lottery ticket still unclaimed after two months

The California Lottery is looking for the winner of a $340,608 lottery ticket who had not claimed the prize.
The ticket was purchased two months ago from Al’s Market at 7062 Westminster Boulevard in Westminster. According to the lottery, the ticket matched five of six numbers -- 3, 52, 28, 8, 21. It missed the "Mega number" of 43.
"Imagine what a happy new year it would be if you found a Lottery ticket worth $340,608 in your couch cushions," the lottery said in a statement. "The California Lottery is asking all Lottery players in and around Westminster to check all their tickets."
Lottery winners have 180 days to claim their prize.

I did not check my ticket that week, hahaha. If the funds are not claimed I feel the prize shall be donated to charity.

Doesn't necessarily mean they were from that area. People passing through buy tickets all the time. Even from other states. A friend of mine sent me a hundred dollar ticket he had forgotten about from months earlier when he was visiting from CT.
