Man killed by gunfire in Lynwood

Click here for a Times database of Lynwood homicides.Detectives were in Lynwood on Wednesday night investigating the death of a man slain by gunfire.

The shooting was reported shortly before 9 p.m in the 3200 block of Euclid Avenue, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said.

The victim was pronounced dead at a local hospital.

Since January 2007, there have been at least 29 homicides reported in Lynwood, according to a database by The Times' Homicide Report.
