Clerk foils iPod robbery by teenager in Fallbrook
A 13-year-old boy tried to rob a Radio Shack store in Fallbrook of three iPods by telling the clerk that he had a gun, the San Diego County Sheriff's Department said Saturday.
When the clerk went into the storeroom, telling the youth he was getting the iPods, he instead called the Sheriff's Department. Deputies arrived within three minutes and arrested the teenager, said Lt. Jim Walker.
No gun was found. The youth was booked at Juvenile Hall on suspicion of attempted robbery.

Kids off to a very bad start. Hopefully he will turn his life around. He could have been shot dead.

@ Brianiac....Life in prison for attempted robbery? Really bro? Does that punishment really fit the crime? Get a clue, AND change your screen name cause it does not fit your character.
This 13 year old needs a good whoop'en, hopefully he will learn before it’s too late!
