Click to read the 438-page extradition file The documents were contained in court papers by the U.S. attorney's office filed as part of Mexico's effort to have producer Bruce Beresford-Redman face murder charges. The papers include hundreds of pages of medical records, witness testimony and crime scene photos.

EXTRADITION: Read affidavit, autopsy, statements and more

Monica Beresford-Redman's body was found April 8, 2010, in a septic tank at the luxury hotel where the couple was staying in Cancun. Family members have said that she and her husband had gone to Mexico in an effort to repair their troubled marriage. Mexican officials said she died of "asphyxia by suffocation."

Beresford-Redman has repeatedly denied that he had anything to do with his wife's death. He remains in Los Angeles this week and has not said whether he would fight extradition, which could take months or even years.

The documents provide graphic details about how authorities found her body. The report said she suffered a "chop" wound on right side of her skull.

The court papers also provide accounts from witnesses, Monica's family and Beresford-Redman.

No 'survivor' I guess

A blow to the head, and being choked out? Imagine a jury believing that story... some random Mexican prowler killed her, in a well populated hotel ,and just happen to want to beat her after strangling her... and her husband not reporting her missing acting suspicious. Yeah... then sneaking out of Mexico when the DNA matched his.... YES, DNA evidence is the same quality and standards as here in the U.S. He's guilty, just need to send him down there.

Do they have OJ juries in Mexico? This guy better hope so, but I doubt even jurors in a third world country are as stupid as LA jurors.
