Voter Voices: Two votes for Whitman in Alhambra
Q: Who was your vote for governor?
A: Meg Whitman. “I remember when Jerry Brown was governor and I don’t think he did that good of a job. If I had my way, I’d vote everyone out, wipe the slate clean... All I’ve seen in Sacramento is spend, spend, spend.”
Leora Juster, 25, Alhambra, a basketball coach.
She voted for Meg Whitman because she’s a businesswoman. “She’s more likely to do things that are pro-business and less government aid programs.”
--Rick Rojas in Alhambra
