Man wanted in Santa Ana rape case arrested after illegally entering U.S. from Mexico

An illegal immigrant wanted on a rape charge in Santa Ana was arrested after he entered the United States from Mexico, authorities said Wednesday night.

Ismael Calixto Ortiz was apprehended Monday  after a scuffle with Border Patrol agents in Imperial Beach, authorities said. Ortiz allegedly tried to grab the holstered gun of one of the agents.

Ortiz is accused of entering a Santa Ana woman's home in January 2005 through an unlocked sliding glass door, said Cpl. Anthony Bertagna of the Santa Ana Police Department. The woman was sleeping with her children at the time.

"He rapes her and tells her if she screams or talks or calls anybody after he was done, he would kill the kids," Bertagna said. "He was on the run ever since."

Authorities plan to return him to Santa Ana to face charges.

Why can't we get the Border Secure?

"...just doing the work that Americans won't do..."

Castration. Next!

hard workers.. what r u gonna do ship them off on buses?

How can this rapist be from Mexico? Mr. Napolitano stated that our border is as secure as it ever has been.

NO WAY, I just don't believe this They Come To Work is what the media tells us. Another thought is this RACISM clean and simple RACISM, the accused is a Mexican. Now they are Hispanic for all the freebies but they are White when identified in a crime. So which will it be White or Hispanic, the suspense builds.
Maybe he was just looking for work or maybe he thought he was home in Mexico with his lovely bride. But RAPE No Way I just don't buy it. This guy would never consider breaking a law in the USA. Opps other than that Illegal Thing.

Rapists, Murderers, Drunks, Trouble Makers, Law Breakers.
PLEASE do not bother these visitors to our country there are 80 year old grandma's and big breasted females to be felt up at the airports.
Coming soon to a town near yours: Bus Stations, Boats, Malls, no feelie no entry SORRY!

Gee, an illegal immigrant would sexually assault and threaten to murder an American in her own home? I'll bet he was provoked by the Mexican American War inflicted on his nation in 1843 and this is his way of re-gaining his manhood.
Viva Atzlan!

What do you know. He is even paying taxes too!

I wonder where is jane brewer. She is the only one we can trust on our border. What can we do without the border patrol and the Fox news, Rush Limbaugh, Greta, john and Ken of KFI and ofcourse NOT Obama.
