Robert Rizzo’s Huntington Beach home hit by toilet-paper pranksters

Rizzohouse

The front of the Huntington Beach home of former Bell City Administrator Robert Rizzo was covered in toilet paper Monday morning.

Pranksters strung toilet paper around a lattice and nearby trees. There were also piles of toilet paper in the frontyard and on the patio.

"That's just kids' stuff," said neighbor Randy Lyford, 60, who lives four doors down from Rizzo's home. "Kids are kids."

Someone also spray-painted three pink fluorescent Xs on the sidewalk in front of Rizzo's home. It was unclear what the letters meant.

A news crew had descended on the beige, two-story home by late morning, drawing a few gawkers. At least one driver honked in approval.

Rizzo, who is out on bail while facing public-corruption charges, has not been seen at the home in recent days. He did not appear to be home Monday morning.

"I guess he now qualifies as a nightmare neighbor," said Mike O’Brien, who lives next door. "This looks like it's going to be a pain the neck for somebody to clean up."

surely Rizzo himself will clean it up...

right???

What a waste! I just ran out of toilet paper...

Sounds more like this was done by someone in his own community (meaning Huntington Beach). The people of Bell wouldn't waste toilet paper on this sort of prank. That stuff is too expensive.

so thats why there were news screws parked outsife Lake street. I was wondering why! Well, he deserves it!

What a bunch of losers. Don’t these meth addict kids have anything better to do with their time than throwing toilet paper at someone’s home? How much does anyone want to bet me these teens are your typical loser kids who don’t excel in any sports or achieve any of the basic academic standards set by their respective schools? As for the parents of these kids, let me give you a glimpse of your teen’s future. If it’s your daughter, look for them when they turn 18 putting up ads in the orange county backpage under “erotic services” promising for $100 and some Meth a great time in some in call motel room. Or if you’re lucky, they will just will be offering total nude and full contact lap dances at the many strip clubs that litter Orange County. If it’s your son, look for them pimping these girls out. Either way, you are lousy parents who are keeping up a steady supply of blonde 18 year olds and their pimps for all the sex trades in Orange County.

Beat it Harry, or you're next!

How funny - those chairs in the front yard would never hold Rizzo's girth.

And why hasn't the HB Code Department written him a violation for that lack of front yard landscaping?! Looks worst than the TP.

I used to live in Huntington Beach. This is just kids with nothing to do.After all the things Rizzo did to his so called city. He should be happy that all that happened to his home was being papered. HB used to be a nice place to live but the OC is beginning to go downhill.
