October 23, 2010 |  6:41 pm

The California Highway Patrol shut down portions of the 605/91 Freeway interchange Saturday as part of an investigation by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, authorities said.

The CHP shut down both transition roads from the northbound 605 to the 91, as well as the transition road from the southbound 605 to the eastbound 91. The Studebaker Road offramp of the westbound 91 also was closed, CHP Officer Krystal Carter said.

A sheriff’s spokesman said he did not have details on the investigation.
