20 illegal immigrants arrested in Orange County beach landing

Border agents arrested 20 illegal immigrants Tuesday morning who were attempting to enter the country by sea at Calafia State Beach in San Clemente.

When the small craft the immigrants were riding in land landed, the occupants attempted to flee. Agents with the U.S. Border Patrol arrested 17 men and three women, all from Mexico.

A 36-year-old woman suffered a broken leg while jumping from the boat, according to a statement from the U.S. Border Patrol in San Diego. She was taken to a hospital for treatment. The others were taken to a Border Patrol station for processing.

No further details were immediately available, but the Associated Press said the incident occurred about 3 a.m.

Obama's approval rating is at an all-time low. Why? Because he failed to secure our borders and keep these leeches from encroaching on our healthcare benefits. I'm so glad they were caught. They may not have gotten all of them, but I'm happy that they are doing their job.

Why do we still have open borders??

The invasion continues.
Advocates of illegal immigration call it "looking for a better life". U.S. citizens who pay the taxes that support these illegal immigrants call it something else.

Orange County beach scene is getting browny, ugly, fat. Those scenes are
the result of the rising of Mexicans in the beach.

The shift to using the waterways to enter the US illegally is a good indication that the double fence that was errected on the San Diego sector pre-2000 is working. Those that say that the fence does not work are wrong. The double fence should be completed on the entire 2000 mile border. If we can build the Panama Canal and put a man on the moon, we can complete the border fence.

And just guess how much that broken leg is going to cost taxpayers. She'll probably sue ICE. And the hospitals won't get paid.

"Can you say, "San Clemente"?? Hint: It's not English. Hispanics were here first. "

But surely your point isn't that the original conquerers whole stole the land from natives have a greater right than the conquerers who won or stole or bought it from them. It isn't much of a point, really.

Those who don't like living int he US are more than welcome to leave it. You want to head back to France..good luck! Every major country is dealing with immigration, including France. This isn't a daily occurance on OC beaches. Some of you are just whinny, unhappy people who love to complain. If you think you can be part of the solution, get involved instead of hiding behind comments! Run for elections, get involved in the political process... DO SOMETHING.. instead of just complaining!

This is just pathetic, but atleast they were caught this time. Send them back now!!!!!!!!

Now, guess who will be paying that womans hospital bills!!!!!
