Sex offender arrested in Vista on suspicion of attempting to lure teenage girls
A paroled rapist has been arrested on suspicion of trying to lure two teenage girls into his car and then trying to run down one of them after she photographed his license plate, the San Diego County Sheriff's Department said Saturday.
Andres Hernandez Camarena, 36, was arrested by Det. R. Chase of the regional fugitive task force during a vehicle stop in Vista in northern San Diego County on Friday night.
Camarena allegedly tried to lure girls ages 15 and 17 while he was masturbating. He had been paroled from state prison the day before the Vista incident.
He is set to be charged with indecent exposure and assault with a deadly weapon, officials said.

Just keep paroling rapists and murderers, I'm sure they will abide by the laws and their parole. Oh wait, no they don't. Keep all violent criminals in prison, no paroles, society will be safer.
