2 men killed, woman wounded in shooting at Bell Gardens party [Updated]

Two men were killed and a woman was wounded by gunfire at a Bell Gardens party early Saturday, authorities said.

A fight broke out at a house gathering in the 6900 Block of Adamson Avenue just before 2 a.m. and ended with several shots fired from multiple weapons, said Los Angeles County Sheriff's Capt. Mike Parker.

Two men died at the scene and a 28-year-old woman was taken to the hospital and treated for a gunshot wound to a limb, he said.

[Updated at 3:12 p.m.: Authorities say a fourth victim was also badly beaten and remains hospitalized in critical condition.]

Two suspects have been taken into custody.

[Updated at 5:55 p.m.: Authorities now say that only one suspect has been taken into custody.]
