Police seek missing 13-year-old girl; MySpace connection probed

Karina Valencia of Sylmar was last seen about 6:30 p.m. Saturday at the party in the 13800 block of Polk Street, her family told police. They worry she might have met up with a man she met on MySpace.

Police said Karina has been known to frequent Sylmar Park on Polk Street and Bordon Avenue and the Sylmar Library on Polk Street.

The girl is described as a Latina with long brown hair, brown eyes, about 5-feet-3 and weighing about 90 pounds. She was last seen wearing a white “Madonna” shirt and black shorts.

My heart goes out to her family . . .

thasz soo craszyyy !

Check out the Megan's Law website and you will see dozens of registered sex offenders within easy walking distance of where this young girl disappeared, including 1 kidnapper/rapist on Lyle Street 5 sex offenders in a clown house on Kinbrook Street. LAPD get on it and find this girl!

Where were the girl's parents? Why didn't they pick her up after the party? When are we as a society going to start holding parents accountable for what happens to their children instead of just letting the kids run wild?

why is there no amber alert for this little girl? i pray she comes home safe, and soon!!

I think people should keep there children in there sight
