One person killed as small plane crashes on San Diego golf course

One person was killed Monday when a small plane crashed on a military-run golf course in San Diego, officials said.

The plane landed shortly after noon near the 11th hole of the Admiral Baker Field course in the Grantville neighborhood. No one on the ground was injured, but several people aboard the plane were taken to hospitals.
