Lindsay Lohan could get an early release from drug rehab
Lindsay Lohan could get early release from drug rehab Wednesday when a Beverly Hills judge reviews her case.
L.A. County Superior Court Judge Elden Fox has scheduled an 8:30 a.m. hearing.
Sources familiar with the case said Lohan could be released to an outpatient program. She entered drug rehab Aug. 2 at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center.
Fox has already discussed Lohan’s progress in her in-patient rehabilitation with her attorney and the prosecutor.
Judge Marsha N. Revel sentenced Lohan to 90 days in rehab and 90 days in jail for violating the terms of her probation for a 2007 conviction for driving under the influence.
Revel has since recused herself from the case after the L.A. County district attorney’s office complained she improperly discussed it with the defense counsel and another rehab center.
Lohan entered the rehab center directly from county jail in Lynwood after serving 13 days of her 90-day sentence. She was let go early because of good behavior and jail overcrowding.

What a great idea. Release her early so she can get arrested again. This young lady needs long term in-house rehab.

And she can't wait to hit the club scene.

How is this girl ever going to rehabilitate herself when she is released early from prison and drug rehab? She needs help, and every one who has conrol to help her, is just letting her down. Lindsay is her own worst enemy, along with her mother and father. Obviously, she can't make the right choices for herself and needs someone who cares enough to do it for her. Unfortunately, nobody really does. How many more times can she crash and burn?

I say throw her back in the klink! She needs to spend time realizing that life isn't special for celebrities. Overcrowding or not, she should have stayed in jail for the full 90 day stint.

Wow! Lydnsy can violate laws, endanger the public and herself but she is going to bully a judge into getting removed and now she is going to get out in reward early. Please just OD and get it over with we have real problems in this world and I don't want this being a role model to our youth.

This is total crap. Keep her butt in jail. She's doing what they all do, playing angel until they get out and then it's back to business as usual being a Hollywood train wreck. She needs to complete the entire treatment in-residence!

cured in 20 days... that's awesome.

Of course she will !! Do you think the average smuck would? This is the town that lets murders off scott free if they're celebs. What's a DUI by comparison?

she's on the cover of maxim this month. why? nobody wants to see that!

Ugh, the sorrows of child stars. She was talented, had a great body(hollywood turned her into a toothpick). Now she's like 24 and looks 35!!!! So sad

Will she get an early realeas when she kills someone from being high and behind the wheel. Think about that one!!!!! The judge put her in jail and in rehab for a reason......

What a surprise! LOL!

If she is released early and screws up again I think the next the she go before the judge it should be a 180 day sentence and has to do the whole 180 days. Just because she is one of the elite is no reason for special considerations.

I hope her short time in Jail was enough to make her see the light. I am concerned that her early release from rehab is a bit premature, and the consequences for the early release will not be in her favor. All we can do is wish her the best of luck, and if all else fails, send her back to jail. Jail time works, look at how it helped Iron Man.

A 36 day wonder, WOW!! What a miracle. Next thing you know she'll be walking on water. This girl has to hit her own "rock-bottom" no judge or court can make her stop doing what she wants to do. Jails, Institutions, or Death and she has already been to 2 of the 3, you know whats left. Get Clean or die.......

What a surprise. Maria Guadalupe Lohan would have received 20 years for the same offense.

Special treatment. Pathetic. 13 days of a 90 day jail sentence and being released from "rehab" early? Good luck with all that. She will probably be dead in 5 years or less if she does not change herself.

Are you kidding me? It took me many rehabs to get sober.....I started out at the expensive rehabs....50K for 30 days.....at a VERY high end hospital....until SHE can totally do this for HERSELF and ONLY HERSELF will she ever stay clean and sober.....after 12 years of batteling I can greatfully say I have 10 1/2 now.....and that was just alcohol.....

Lindsay Lohan fools a judge
As her brain soon turns to sludge
Give'er time she'll be back again
Crazed as a hoot owl same old sin
No example from our good courts
No matter what old Lindsay snorts
Stuff the needle, burn the pipe
Lindsay is the standard tripe
So, so, sorry, but soon she'll die
Society will then politely cry
