Fire in Angeles National Forest is 100% contained

A 120-acre brush fire Friday in the Angeles National Forest near Palmdale is 100% contained, authorities said.

The Largo Vista fire was reported about 3 p.m.  just off Big Pines Highway, authorities said. About 200 firefighters were dispatched to the scene, assisted by two helicopters and an air tanker.

One firefighter suffered a broken collarbone and was taken to Antelope Valley Hospital.

The cause of the fire has not been determined.
