Beverly Hills woman arrested at Ohio airport for allegedly carrying suitcases full of marijuana
A 28-year-old Beverly Hills woman has been arrested at an airport in Ohio for carrying more than 500 pounds of marijuana stuffed inside at least a dozen suitcases, authorities said Wednesday.
Lisette Lee had apparently chartered a private jet from Van Nuys Airport along with three companions, including a personal assistant and two bodyguards, said Richard Isaacson, special agent and spokesman for the Detroit division of the Drug Enforcement Administration.
They were arrested Monday at the airport in Columbus.
Lee has been charged with conspiracy and possession with the intent to distribute. She is being held without bail pending a hearing Friday in Ohio.
The three others have been released.

Notice how there isn't that much commentary on this story....oh that's right it's because she's not Mexican or has a Mexican name oh and that's right she lives in Beverly Hills....if she wasn't all these things then of course there would have been the same "illegal immigrant" rhetoric, which is basically coded racism, under the guise of free speach. People wake up...crime is going to exist no matter the race, religion, ethnicity, economic status (yes even rich people commit crimes) or origins.....

I strongly believe she has done this before and it worked out very well in terms of profit. She most likely decided to up the total weight for this trip and increase the profit margin. Her thinking was that since she chartered a plan, the inspection of her bags do not apply as commercial. Perhaps a trained dog was in the area with security and detected the odor. Looks like her Beverly Hills living the high life days will soon be over. Her soon to be new living quarters will not be anything like 90210. Personal assistant and bodyguards indeed the diva way.

The DEA is just wasting time. This bust will have no impact on anything other than taxpayer dollars spent and the lady in prison. The cannabis is easily replaced.
After 40 years, the US has spent $1 trillion and arrested 37 million people to fight the drug war that cannot be won. Drug use is rampant. Violence is more brutal and widespread than ever.
The way to severely shrink drug cartels and criminal gangs is legalize cannabis. It delivers big money to cartels and gangs. They grow it cheap and make huge profits on high prices. Legalizing cannabis will wipe out 60%-70% of their profits.
