I would like to know how officers can justify shooting this suspect in the back three times, which later resulted in the suspects death. How is it that no officers were injured but the suspect dies. No weapons where obviously reported by officers. And when you have nearly 15-20 officers on site, was it so impossible to apprehend and arrest one man. Officers could have used other restraints; batons, pepper spray, and so forth, however, the first reaction was to shot a man dead. Poor judgement by this LAPD Officer.
