Gloria Allred attacks Tiger Woods at L.A. news conference. Did she make the case?

Everyone seems to be talking about Tiger Woods' emotional apology he issued in a television address this morning.

But in Los Angeles, local TV stations followed Woods' statement with a news conference here in L.A. involving attorney Gloria Allred and one of the golfer's alleged mistresses. It was a TV event in itself -- but perhaps not in the way Allred had hoped.

Veronica Siwik-Daniels, also known as porn actress Joslyn James, talked about 1,000 text message the golfer allegedly sent and said she'd be open to a "telephone apology" from Woods.

Allred called Woods' address "a staged public relations stunt" and "a disgrace."

"I just watched Tiger Woods' apology on television, and he said that many people believed in him. He also said he wanted to make amends. He did not apologize by name to my client, Veronica, and I ask, why no apology?"

The only ones who owe her is an apology is her parents for NOT teaching her the basics of being a good person!

This tramp deserves NOTHING! She had NO compassion whatsoever for the real victim in this - Elin! Shame on her! The pregnancies should NEVER have been made public - what an awful thing to do - I'm disgusted with her. Sadly she has achieved her much needed fame - if only for the wrong reasons.

And what is Allred thinking? She cheapens herself by representing this woman in the first place, but then to try and capitalize on Tiger's announcement by following up with her own news conference is just TACKY.

Frankly, who cares about what Gloria Allred thinks. What did this porn star think she was getting other than a roll in the hay with a celebrity. She should be given a kick in the derriere for having the gall to demand an apology as she was one of the reasons he had to apologize to begin with and she knew it at the start.

As for Gloria Allred, she should stop being an embarrassment to attorneys and do something useful, like moving to Alaska with Sarah Palin. She will take on any cause which will put her in front of a camera. We are all sick of seeing her face by now. Her opinions count for nothing.

Siwik Daniels got her appology just as the rest of us did today. End of story. Perhaps she should go face to face with Woods wife and children and appologise to them. Look those kids in the eyes and tell them what an upstanding person of the community she is, knowing full well what she participated in. She got caught as did Woods. Gloria Aldred is nothing more than a "grand standing extractor from society as most lawyers are". Quite the PR show.
