Two men get six years for raping 13-year-old girl at party in Orange
Two cousins were sentenced to six years in state prison for raping an intoxicated 13-year-old girl at a house party in Orange, authorities said today.
Diego Ramirez, 19, and Daniel Ramirez, 24, took turns raping the girl at their home while she was drunk and unable to resist, prosecutors said. They pleaded guilty Monday and were sentenced.
The victim was with another girl, 14, when they met two other men, who invited them to the party. The two girls drank with the men and were intoxicated when they arrived at the Ramirez house, according to the Orange County district attorney's office.
The two men -- Mario Santibanez, 23, and Gustavo Gomez, 19 -- are both charged with taking part in the rape. Gomez is also accused of having unlawful sexual intercourse with the 14-year-old, the district attorney said. They are being held in lieu of $200,000 bail and are scheduled to appear in court Thursday.

The article did not say it but I hope they have to register as sex offenders. That's sick and disgusting. The 24 year old should have gotten more time.

That's all you get for raping a young teenage girl and while unable to defend herself you have to be kidding,

They were doing the jobs you Americans won't do. Another thing, to the delight of Hispanics, these guys WILL be classified as white by the state and FBI for statistics.

Why in the world would two very young teenage girls would even agree to meet with two obviously older men in the first place?? I hope it was because it would be "cool".

If I were the judge, the sentence would be a minimum of 15 years without possibility of parole. These guys are scumbags through and through. But, have to say, where in hell were these girls parents? Is anyone paying attention out there?

Why didn't they get more years? Was it because the girl was intoxicated?
