Police investigate death of L.A. man found stabbed in his apartment

Los Angeles police are investigating the stabbing death of a 59-year-old man whose body was discovered in his apartment Saturday evening.

The body of Bennett Bradley was found at about 5:50 p.m. in his apartment in the 100 block of South New Hampshire Avenue, police said. Detectives believe robbery is a possible motive for the crime but do not have a suspect, according to an LAPD press release. Police declined to provide further details about the slaying.

Anyone with information is asked to call Olympic Division homicide detectives Herman Fretlohr or Matthew Gares at (213) 382-9470.
