Two injured in Torrance as car crashes into building

At least two people were hurt this morning when a vehicle crashed into a building in Torrance, authorities said.

The 7 a.m. accident at Crenshaw Boulevard and 178th Street occurred after two vehicles collided, sending one into the building, said Lt. Patrick Shortall of the Torrance Police Department.

There were at least two people hurt, but no further details were available, he said.
