How weird? I don't think this ever happened before... Maybe the police should be patroling more in gang areas instead of stopping people for ticket. No money in arresting gang member is there?

Another day, another person shot down in gang violence. When will the community make it clear to these hooligans that their barbarity is unacceptable?

This is never going to stop I dont care what anybody does or writes. I dont condone this violence, but honestly sit and think what can we do? No amount of money, schools or jobs will stop this. There are just to many gangs, gang members, too much drugs, too much money to be made, too many weapons, its impossible to stop this.

I'm not commenting on this incident because I don't know the facts. However, as long as criminals are killing criminals, it's not that big of deal...It's only on that rare occasion that an innocent person gets victimized and that is a very big deal...

why would you say "as long as criminals are killing criminals its not a big deal" ohh my god I can't believe someone could think of death in this way - not a big deal until it is your loved one. I don't know all the facts but in no circumstance would I say ITS NOT a BIG DEAL....because in his mothers heart -- IT IS! no matter what his mistakes, errors or bad judgment in friends. Gangs are reality and will never end, hope all of your relatives are stuck in a bubble where they are not in danger, criminals are part of life if this happend to your loved one I pray for you to not ever see your type of comments.

You seem to have a very impotent God, not worth must i guess. Can't seem to be able to protect a 15 year old. Not a God worth even praying to.

REST IN PEACE LUIS PEREZ AKA OSO WE MISS YOU ESE
