A judge granted a restraining order today against two paparazzi accused of stalking Nicole Richie and her young children.
The order requires that the photographers stay at least 50 feet away from the reality TV star and her family for the next three years.
In court papers filed a few weeks ago, Richie said she was involved in a car crash Oct. 5 as the men were attempting to photograph her with her family. Since then, she said, the harassment “occurs on a daily basis....I am fearful that [their] continued presence may cause yet another accident, this time with my infant children in the vehicle.”Richie says that the men have sat outside of her house, waiting for her to leave, following her and her family “almost daily, stalking our home, as we try to go about living our lives.”

They were ordered to stay at least 50 YARDS away, not 50 feet. Big difference.

Who cares. She is nothing but a Silver Spoon trust fund kid who has done nothing significant with her life.... except exploit reality tv and her father.

Be safe, Nicole. You've grown and matured so much. You're a beautiful mom and woman! Best wishes to you and your family.

The photo depicts 'press line photographers' who are certainly not paparazzi.
I'm sure your LA Times photographers would find this photo selection offensive.

this is good advice to all of us: stay away from Nicole Richie - better yet - read nothing about her either
