While Stadium to the Sea sounds great, how about calling it the Major Gridlock Marathon! It's going to make traffic around LA on Marathon Sunday horrendous!

What about the cyclists? Seems like you've just left them out this year. A lot of people are not going to be happy. There is a huge bike culture in Los Angeles now.

I ran this back in 2006 and didn't think I'd ever run another one but this new route sounds fun and intriguing. I just may have to do it again.

Anyone who complains about the inconvenience of one afternoons traffic with the reward of an amazing world class marathon route and a source of civic pride and partying should move out of LA. This Marathon Day in LA will be a good one.
