Britney Spears’ former boyfriend pleaded no contest today to leaving the scene of an accident after he allegedly drove his car toward a man serving a restraining order against him from the pop star's father.
In exchange for the plea, Adnan Ghalib, 37, will have two other felony counts dismissed when he is sentenced Nov. 20, Los Angeles County prosecutors said. Ghalib, who entered his plea at the Van Nuys courthouse, faces up to a year in county jail.

The victim was serving the temporary restraining order against Ghalib, a paparazzo, at his Encino apartment when the incident occurred, prosecutors said.
Ghalib drove his car toward the victim and then drove away, according to Jane Robison, a district attorney spokeswoman.
