Man accused of torture killing of woman in Monrovia

A 45-year-old man has been charged with murder and torture in the slaying of a woman whose body was found last week in a Monrovia apartment, authorities said today.

Felicia Lee Brian Lee Randone was charged Tuesday in the death of Felicia Lee, 31, whose body was found Friday in an apartment in the 500 block of West Duarte Road, the Los Angeles County district attorney's office said.

A spokeswoman for the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said detectives were continuing their investigation into the slaying.
