How very sad, I hope they find out what caused her death. God Bless her sweet angel heart.

Children protective services has more cases that can be properly handled. We were foster parents and it trully was a sad dissapointment to be part of the system where they say they are there to protect the children but the man power is just not there. One case worker has more than 40 families to deal with in their case load. Ours would forget what we spoke about on a daily basis, would get us confused with other family's case, etc. It's not the social worker's fault, there's no way she could handle that load. This story breaks my heart because too many cases are not properly monitored. And we're looking at more cuts??? PLEASE !!
