Northbound I-15 in San Diego reopens after spill

All lanes of Interstate 15 in San Diego have reopened after being closed temporarily when a truck carrying chlorine tumbled several times.

The four northbound lanes were closed about 1:13 p.m. near Interstate 8, the California Highway Patrol reported.The San Diego Fire-Rescue Department responded, and the driver was not injured.

About 10 gallons of chlorine spilled. The cause of the accident has not been determined.
