Reseda man arrested in stabbing death of his mother

Police have arrested a 24-year-old man in connection with the stabbing death of his mother inside their Reseda apartment.

Bryan Garcia Munguia was found at a restaurant across the street from the apartment in the 7600 block of Reseda Boulevard at 11:15 p.m. Monday, said a spokeswoman for the Los Angeles Police Department.

His mother, Saida Munguia, 40, was found dead about 2:50 p.m. She had been stabbed multiple times.
