Owner of registration company pleads guilty to voter fraud
The owner of a voter-registration company pleaded guilty Tuesday to voter-registration fraud, according to the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office.
Laguna Beach resident Mark Jacoby, who collects signatures for petition drives, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor and was sentenced to three years' probation and 30 days of service with the California Department of Transportation.
Jacoby, owner of Young Political Majors, registered to vote at Los Angeles addresses that were not his own. State law requires petition circulators to be qualified voters. Jacoby will also be required to show proof he is registered at his correct address.

Lindal - No, Jacooby and his group were not registering Republicans. They were Republicans, "registering" Dems -- changing their addresses, changing their party affiliation, changing their status, i.e., vote by mail, and generally causing their vicatims -- at best -- to have to vote provisionally. The lack of seriousness of his punishment, or even the prosecution of the full extent or his voter registration crimes, is disappointing.

Now if the San Bernardino DA would get busy and prosecute Jacoby and his minions for the massive amount of voter registration fraud they committed in this county, there would be some real justice.
Even better -- make Jacoby pay the County for all the extra work he created for the Registrar of Voters office correcting all the fraudulet registrations.
--- humm.... 30 days of service with CalTrans -- Does that mean he'll be out picking up trash along the freeways?

Well of course. Did anyone have any doubts? This is what they do every single election.
When they say Acorn they mean blacks.
But of course as it turns out, the people actually found guilty of voter fraud...

Mark Jacoby is Jenny Breslin's cohort. She taught him everything she knows. Why didn't Ms. Breslin get indicted? She trains people on how to commit voter and petition fraud.
