Nude bathers lose in court battle

Ktla_newsHere are some of the stories that KTLA News is planning for its 10 p.m. newscast on Channel 5:

NUDE BEACH: A group of nudists who want to keep San Onofre State Beach's Trail 6 a clothing-optional beach have lost their latest legal battle, after a panel of justices at the 4th District Court of Appeal ruled that a policy addressing nudity at state beaches is invalid. The new ruling favored state officials who last spring decided to crack down on a  tradition of nude sunbathing at the beach.

PATIENT ASSAULTS: A man has been arrested for raping unconcious female patients at Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo.

Finally...some 'nudez' worth reading thats not an overdose of that Jackson character.
Aside from the bun...urrr, pun, this is a very interesting and soewhat precarious legal ruling.
On the one hand, the beach itself is (including those naked souls who frequent the beach) are the property of the Supreme Being, the Great Spirit, a.k.a. God who created said beach, and NOT the lawyers and judges who arrogantly lay their unsubstantiated claims upon it. The prior use (as a nude haven) established continous precident.
However, despite the original title holder (God's) paramount claim upon all this property (including the nude goers) making all things perfect; despite the prior use claim, it must be considered that many of those not so fit nude goers (thanks to the typical American way of life...fast-food and slack nutritutional habits) may be seriously way to harsh on the eyes to be allowed unfettered visual exposure to a society at uhhh...shall we say, less than large.

BUMmer!

if you don't want to read Jackson news don't and quit complaining--God, you anti-Jackson "I am so much smarter and above it all" types are like spoiled kids. Play in another sandbox if you don't like the toys. There is plenty of non Jackson news on here and elsewhere hun. I know--I am reading it now--wade through it and leave those who want to know about Jackson with the ability to learn what they want to regarding their Idol, whether you agree or not with their assessments of his character--sheesh.
