Jackson family says Michael Jackson died without a valid will

June 29, 2009 | 11:49 am

Attorneys for the Jackson family filed court papers today asking that Michael Jackson's mother administer the pop star's estate.

In the court papers, the attorneys claim that Jackson died "intestate," meaning he left no valid will and that his assets are greater than the sum of his debts and other financial obligations.

The attorneys also asked that the court allow Katherine Jackson serve as administrator without posting a bond, which sometimes is required.

“Given the nature and extent of the descendant  assets, it would be difficult if not impossible to quantify their value at this time," the attorneys said in court papers.

Earlier today, a judge gave Katherine Jackson temporary custody over the pop star's three children.

Oh dear, this is gonna be a real circus now.. wow

Hmmm, maybe his assets can be used to bail out the state of California?

I smell a rat!!

How convenient - there is no last will.

Somebody check the trash bins of MJ's apartment and the family compound in Encino, please.

The family is not rushing for funeral arrangements, but they sure are on it, to file for custody/executor rights... how sad.

His lawyer says there is a will so I think it's very telling that his family did not know. It may mean he did not want them to know because they did not benefit. Does this mean if they are not left all the money the loser bunch of Jackson leeches (except for Janet) will actually have to get jobs now since we know that the whole bunch have been living off him forever? And that those two old whores Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson will leave ASAP since there's no money there either? Please get those children away from that horrible abusive family. The father will probably start doing the same things to Michael's kids. They'll be in Vegas with Tito, etc. in six months with Joe in the background with a new belt.

If anyone believes that Michael Jackson Died without a will they themselves need a good attorney. And you notice I said a good attorney. If there was one red cent to be gained from his estate, you can bet that some sharpe attorney wrote his name in there.

Oh please! Does the J family REALLY expect the world to believe the act they're laying on? They don't "love" MJ. They don't "love" his kids. If MJ's parents' parasitic feeding off Mike's career is anything to go by, who knows what they'd do to Prince, Paris and Blanket's estate?

We all know it's about - caCHING! caCHING! for the Jacksons, especially for Joe.

With all the assets he has and all the attorneys he has had,the idea that he has no valid will according to his family is preposterous. That claim needs to be investigated. What seems to be happening is that childhood abuse by the father is now followed by involuntary domination of the assets in death by the mother possibly motivated by the father. Detectives call that an
MO. Obviously, the parents want to make sure they get their hands on as much as they can. There is no outside source to verify what Michael would have wanted? And where does that
leave his children? Perched over a balcony once again?

I enjoy his music very much. It is wonderful. I find that lots of his fans on__ http://Richflirts.com __
club for professional athletes,
movie stars and millionaires are talking about him. He is a talent.

His death does not mean that he has lost, he is the winner.I wish to express my deepest
condolences and sadness at the passing of Michael Jackson.
