Ed McMahon's Beverly Hills home not in foreclosure, publicist says

Ed McMahon is not facing foreclosure despite Internet reports, according to his publicist Howard Braggman.
Websites had been reporting that the former "Tonight Show" sidekick had been trying to stave off foreclosure after falling more than $600,000 behind on his $4.8-million mortgage.

But Braggman told KTLA this morning that a private investor bought the Beverly Hills home last year, and that Ed is renting it from him. The 86-year-old actor is not facing forclosure and isn't planning to move.
