Hawthorne High School streamlines grading system

NO MORE D'S: Hawthorne High School is going to stop giving students a D grade. Either you get a C and pass the class, or you fail!

PEAHEN SHOT: Someone shot an arrow through the neck of a peahen in Rancho Palos Verdes. An avian rescue group is trying to trap the hen so they can remove the arrow and treat her.
