Big response to Brentwood apartment fire

More than 120 firefighters battled a blaze this evening at a three-story apartment building in Brentwood.

The fire broke out about 7:40 p.m. at 11666 W. Goshen Avenue near Barrington Avenue. It took about 45 minutes to put out, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department. A firefighter and resident suffered minor injuries.

That is sooo sad. I lived in Brentwood from 1960-1968...

this was my apt. we lost everything including one of our cats. Our other cat Doakes servived, jumped from the third story balcony and was found about 16 hours later. He badly burned and all we have left. Any help is greatly appreciated: www.superdoakes.com
